why this course now?

If you’re a sensitive or introverted person, you probably know the pain of holding yourself back or feeling ignored, invisible or silenced by others.

Perhaps the weight of feeling quiet or shy has begun to add up in opportunities lost and connections missed.

You’ve got gifts to share and know that reaching more people could boost your impact (and maybe your income) but you remain stuck on the sidelines, hesitant to jump in.

Thankfully, there’s a way out of this dilemma that’s easier than you might believe: connecting to your natural voice!

Though it could seem unimaginable right now, great courage and charisma lie dormant in you—(Yes, you!)—just waiting to be discovered.

Once you find this innate presence and master the tools to bring it forth, you’ll be able to speak your truth and connect powerfully, at will, in any setting. From conversation to keynote, your words will land with power and you’ll generate the income and impact you desire and deserve.

In other words, The Right to Speak: Finding and Freeing Your Natural Voice was created just for you.

(Non-introverts, please note: the skills we’ll develop here can also prove hugely helpful to you too–and you’re most welcome to join!)

In this course, you’ll discover:

  • A powerful mindset that transforms fear of failure into resilient confidence
  • The life-changing secret that supports Oscar winners, Olympic champions, and global business leaders when they need to speak or perform under pressure
  • One surefire technique to tame your racing mind so you stay focused and confident when words matter most
  • How to avoid the 5 most common mistakes that could turn your listeners against you
  • A simple but profound 7-Step Method to find, release, and strengthen your natural voice
  • The 3 Universal Keys that unlock hidden doors of opportunity throughout your life

Note well: this work opens a sense of possibility and freedom very quickly—and continues to deliver insights and growth over the long haul.

Guaranteed to shift how you move and speak in the world!

When is the right time to speak?
How do my body and breath support my speech?
How do I communicate with power and clarity when the stakes matter?

how the course works

The Right to Speak: Finding and Freeing Your Natural Voice draws deeply and directly on the work of renowned voice and acting coach, Patsy Rodenburg. In the course, you will engage in a range of learning experiences.

Formal and informal techniques will strengthen your awareness “muscle” and align your body, breath, voice, and speech for deeper connection and wider impact.

Shared inquiry will use small and large group discussions to draw experienced-based wisdom from each participant in service to the group.

Playful exercises will give you the chance to experience firsthand the skills we’re exploring—and to laugh while doing it.

To support your learning, the online version of the course includes:

  • six classes conducted through Zoom software (works best if participants have a quiet, concentrated space)
  • daily self-guided vocal warm-ups
  • weekly open office hours with the instructor
